



















Separate structural subdivision «Classic Professional College of Sumy State University» is an institution of professional pre-higher education located in the city of Konotop, Ukraine. The College provides education for learners under educational programmes leading to the degree of Professional Junior Bachelor (corresponding to EQF Level 5), as well as specialised general secondary education.
In addition, the College offers Bachelor’s degree programmes at the first (Bachelor’s) level of higher education (corresponding to EQF Level 6).
The Professional Junior Bachelor (EQF Level 5) programmes are implemented in the following fields:
- A5 Professional Education (A5.31 Construction and Welding);
- A7 Physical Culture and Sports;
- D3 Management (Management, Organisation of Production);
- D6 Secretarial and Office Work (Legal Activity and Office Management);
- F7 Computer Engineering (Maintenance of Computer Systems and Networks);
- G5 Electronics, Electrical Communications, Instrument Engineering and Radio Engineering (Electronic Devices and Instruments, Production of Electronic and Electrical Automation Equipment);
- G11 Mechanical Engineering (G11.01 Machine Tools and Instruments, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Technology of Material Processing on Machine Tools and Automated Lines);
- G19 Construction and Civil Engineering (Construction and Operation of Buildings and Structures; Construction, Maintenance and Repair of Railway Tracks; Construction, Operation and Repair of Roads and Airfields);
- G18 Geodesy and Land Management (Land Surveying).
Bachelor’s degree (EQF Level 6) programmes are offered in the following fields:
- 073 Management (Management of Organisations);
- 133 Industrial Mechanical Engineering;
- 171 Electronics;
- 015 Vocational Education (Construction).
Approximately 1,400 students study at the College each year. The educational process combines theoretical training with practical components and is focused on developing professional competences in line with current labour market needs. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of innovative approaches, the principles of sustainable development, and international cooperation.
Despite the challenges caused by the war in Ukraine, the College ensures the continuity of the educational process and implements initiatives in the fields of social entrepreneurship, environmental projects, and digital education.
